University Tutorials

Curriculum Focus

Work through challenging subjects with support from tutors in the ECM network. Tutorials help you revisit course content, practise exercises and prepare for assessments alongside other students.

For: University students seeking support in their degree programme.
How it works: Tutorials are organised each semester around participants' subjects and learning needs. Available groups depend on demand and tutor availability. An introductory information session explains the organisation and how to take part.

Are ECM's activities only for university students?

No. ECM also supports vocational trainees and apprentices, language learners, newcomers and young professionals. Check each activity's description to see who it is intended for.

How do I register for an activity?

Follow the registration link in the activity announcement. If no registration link is available, contact us and tell us which activity interests you.

When can I register for university tutorials?

Tutorial registration is organised each semester. The current announcement provides the registration deadline and details of the introductory information session.

Can I request support for my vocational training?

Yes. Tell us your training programme and the subject you need help with. We will check whether a suitable tutor is available in the ECM network.

What if I cannot find my subject or the support I need?

Contact us with a short description of your situation. We can discuss whether support is available within the ECM network.

What language are activities held in, and are they online or in person?

This depends on the activity. Check the individual announcement for the language, location and participation format.

Do I need to be a member, and is there a participation fee?

Check the participation conditions in the individual announcement or contact us before registering.

Can I contribute as a tutor, mentor or volunteer?

Yes. Visit Get Involved to tell us how you would like to contribute your time, knowledge or experience.
